Aakash Chopra’s show on Aakashvani revealed many things in cricket as Ashish Nehra spoke on it. The talk between Chopra and Nehra had many interesting things including MS Dhoni’s captaincy and behavior in the dressing room.
Ashish Nehra stated that people think Dhoni is an introvert. In other terms he doesn’t talk much to players. But Nehra’s view on Dhoni as a person is nothing different to many others, as MS himself is open to talk at any point of time. Nehra also stated that Dhoni’s room would remain open in the night after matches. Anyone could walk in, order food and discuss cricket.
Nehra made his international debut under Azharuddin’s captaincy as a left-arm pacer. He went on playing under different captains of the Indian team and was one of the players in a team that won the 2011 ICC World Cup under MS Dhoni’s captaincy. He played a lot under Dhoni both for Team India and in the IPL for Chennai Super Kings.
