India Women’s Team to Host West Indies and Ireland in Upcoming White-Ball Series
The India Women’s cricket team will host West Indies and Ireland for white-ball matches in December and January. In the latter half of December, West Indies will visit India for three ODIs and three T20Is, with the 50-over games set to be played at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai and the T20Is in Baroda. Ireland will then play three ODIs in Rajkot, with the India-West Indies and India-Ireland ODI series being part of the ICC Women’s Championship, reports Live Cricket Score.
The series against West Indies will mark India’s first T20I fixtures since their early exit from the Women’s World Cup last month. Harmanpreet Kaur’s team will look to bounce back from their group-stage disappointment. The first T20I of the series will be played on December 15, just four days after India’s final ODI in their three-match tour of Australia.
India will follow up with two more T20Is against West Indies on December 17 and 19 before heading to Baroda for three ODIs on December 22, 24, and 27. The team will kick off 2025 with their series against Ireland, which will take place on January 10, 12, and 15.
